She/Her. I write to process life. Life is complicated and difficult and beautiful and wonderful. The older I get the more I know that I know everything and I know nothing. Both/And. One thing I do know is that when we share the parts of life that we struggle with, we bring darkness into the light. Saying the quiet parts out loud, while so vulnerable and difficult, can light the way for others who find themselves in darkness. My thoughts are mine and thoughts aren’t facts, they are temporary and useful in the moment. Take what you like and leave the rest.
